Querida Raquelita,
el movimiento is soooo good for you. so good for your spirit. so good for your body. and most importantly, so good for your mente.
la mente can reap the most benefits if in its sync enough con el movimiento. after all, el movimiento is what evolution is all about. if you continuously take and make acciones, como todas las olas del mar, your present rhythms will increasingly support a shifted perspective on those of the past.
especially upon the unwanted ones; the outdated patterns that attempt to structure every grain of sand in the hourglass we call life.
estos sentimientos of flowing action are ever more relatable for you through long periods of movimiento, of the processes requiring endurance.
en español, esta palabra se traduce como “la resistencia”. por supuesto, it carries an appearance of “resistance” in English. it has always been that when you step into esta resistencia, this endurance of movement over greater lengths of time, that your mind feels unconfined by any containers en la vida, especialmente por un reloj de arena.
Querida, heightened feelings of satisfaction rise up within you, like the alchemy of a negative surfacing on photo paper amidst developer chemicals, that runner’s high in el medio de una carrera de 20km, or that long-distance swimmer’s flow en el Mediterráneo.
it is necessary to feel into these profound states of subconsciousness in order to fruitfully experience la vida that you long to lead.
even if your steps sink deeper into the sand;
even if each stroke appears to send you backwards against the current;
even if the positive of your negative image develops a bit overexposed;
even if your patterns begin to reappear and the lucid, deja vu scenes send goosebumps across todo tu cuerpo,
any action is yet another dance of impermanence that contributes to the evolution of your whole being.
el movimiento constante de nuestro mundo is a constant reminder that all is temporary and we carry the gran poder para co-crear y co-bailar amongst these ebbs and flows we are blessed with.
it’s emphasizing messy creation and graceful reflection over reaction and resisting the resistance.
so focus your ever-expanding lens on zooming in and out on your past, present, and future, wherever you were, you are, and you continue taking action towards.
there lies great beauty even in your (foot)prints that have long been swept up by the sea.
con mucha paz, amor y agradecimiento,
Raquelita
